Hi Parents!

We received a few questions about Character uniforms in ballet class this week (for Grades 1 through Grade 5).

I have attached a photo with details attached. Grades 1 & 2 require the lower character heel height, Grade 3 and above require the cuban heel height. The shop assistants will know this information too!

Also with a Character skirt, the length you need to look at is 3 inches below the knee/base of the calf muscle. This is to achieve the traditional folk dance look, and make it easier for students to hold out to the sides without being too long or too short!

If any older students have character skirts they could sell to younger ones, please let us know so we can pass on the information!
