Hi Parents!

Thank you for getting onto those ballet books, almost all students were able to work and take notes in their books yesterday which was fantastic!
(Please feel free to skim over them from time to time to see what they work on in ballet classes).

Exam entries always creep up, as the deadline is so much earlier than when the actual exam session is. Please start to get out the most recent exam results and gather exam registration numbers so that the paperwork can be submitted – further info on entry fees will be coming out soon, so this is a reminder that that is coming up as well.

There have been many students coming in to classes wearing just stockings or socks, please ensure that your child has appropriate footwear for classes as a SAFETY precaution – also dancing in stockings and socks will merely lead to having to buy more of those too, as they are not durable.

Please be aware that many students feet have grown and their pointe shoes are too small! This is damaging to their feet and they cannot wear them. The longer they are without fitting pointe shoes, they will be held back from what their peers are progressing with in class.
